Mold Inspections
Protecting the Air You Breathe
Mold can form anywhere, however, the common areas that are affected usually include the attic, crawlspaces, basement, and around plumbing fixtures. Mold can have severe adverse effects on the body and certain types of mold can even result in hospitalization or death. If you are thinking about buying or selling your home, you’ll likely need a mold inspection. If your home has recently experienced flooding or high-moisture, this can be the perfect breeding ground for mold growth.
Mold tape testing involves taking a tape sample from the surface of the area which shows probable evidence. The tape sample is then sent to an accredited AIHA and NVLAP full-service environmental laboratory for evaluation.
